先日、資生堂の Keiichiro Taniさんと、J&Jの Chikako Takaoさんと一緒にサイコム・ブレインズさんが企画された鼎談をしてまいりました。３人とも、サイコム・ブレインズさんでのHRBP講座卒業生であり、受講前と受講後、そしてコロナ禍でHRとしての仕事がどう変化していったか、というお話をさせていただきました。（今月来月と、前後２回に分けての連載となります。）
こちらの鼎談は、私が11ヶ月間LinkedinでいろんなArticleを公開していたことからお声がけいただきました。そういった意味で、積極的に情報開示することの大事さがわかったような気がします。

I'd like to share some personal news with you.
I had a round table talk organized by CICOM BRAINS with Keiichiro Tani of Shiseido and Chikako Takao of J&J. All three of us are graduates of the HRBP course at CICOM BRAINS, and we talked about our experiences before and after the course, and how our work as HR professionals has changed during COVID19. (This will be a series of two articles, one for this month and one for next month.)
I was asked to participate in this session because I had been publishing various articles on Linkedin for months. In that sense, I think I now understand the importance of proactively disclosing information.
